The J.R. Liggett’s Moisturizing Shampoo Bar combines the original classic shampoo bar formula with added Vitamin E, Aloe Vera, and Almond oil to moisturize and aid in the healing and restoration of damaged, dry hair. These ingredients help to add back some of the natural oils that have been lost along the way by those who have colored, permed, or otherwise damaged their hair. The Moisturizing Shampoo Bar is also great for cold climates where, through lack of humidity, everything dries out. It has a sentimental earthy fragrance that is reminiscent of times gone by.

Each bar is hand-cut, so no two bars are exactly alike, the way they did it over 100 years ago.
No synthetic oils, no chemical concoctions, no plastic bottles, no detergents…This shampoo doesn’t strip the natural oils from your hair, so most people will not need to condition.
