Smells like cheap alcohol perfume for a child

I had high hopes for this... the combo of citrus, frankincense and vetiver sounded lovely! But it smells NOTHING like any of those scents. It's a "splash on your wrist" type of dispenser - no spritzer - and it smells like really old, cheap Avon perfu...More
